I would recommend Fix It 100%. I walked in with a dead laptop and an important presentation needed ASAP and walked out an hour later with a working laptop and presentation. They dropped everything to help, gave me a range of options at different price points and generally showed good cheer and a focus on problem solving that was incredibly valuable in what was a stressful situation for us.
